Unhealthy Food is to be Avoided!
1. Please avoid unhealthy "nonfoods".
These are refined, over-processed and loaded with salt, sugar, coloring, additives, hardened (partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated) vegetable oil, margarine, butter and hidden ingriedients. All those unhealthy food are a direct assault on the blood. All healthy red blood cells have a negative charge on the surface. They repel one another. This is ideal condition. The foods described above have positive charge which creates rouleau, a sticky condition of red blood cells that makes them cling to one another. So you have less oxygen and growing toxicity in the system.
2. Very unhealthy food? High sugar food.
When the terrain is compromised sugar must be completely avoided: candy, processed beet and corn, sugars and syrups, maple syrup, honey, molasses, sucrose, fructose, maltose, lactose, glucose, mannitol, sorbitol, galactose, monosacharides, date sugar, turbinado sugar, soft drinks, pastries, ice cream, chocolate, carob ect. Sugar feeds pleomorphic microforms like gasoline feeds smoldering fire. 3. Avoid fruit.
Fruits are not unhealthy food but problem is that most people have so much yeast in the system that fruits are negative to them. Yeast and fungus ferment sugar producing acetaldehyde and alcohol which create dangerus situation in the body. So avoid them until you are well.
4. Avoid Pork, Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Diary and Animal food in general. It is unhealthy food.
Animal food is higly acid forming and as grown in United States, has high levels of bacteria, yeast, fungus and associated toxins. For one thing animals eat stored feed from silos which is fungally contaminated and toxic. Animal food is simply dead. Has no enzymes almost no electrical charge. In 1988 researchers pointed out that yeast causes the aging of meat and that the final taste and texture is determined by the nature of microbial aging process. In the fermentation or molding of meat, the mycotoxin "uric acid" is produced which is than metabolized to alloxan. A 1954 report stated that uric acid induces diabetes in animals. In 1980 researchers discovered that alloxan induces the insulin producing cells of the pancreas.
Especially in the United States animals are superfattened with hormones. Hormone residues and mycotoxins tend to accumulate in fat layer.
5.Avoid commercially stored grains.
I mean here long stored grains.It is unhealthy food because stored grains ferment in 90 days under most conditions. In a short time they will be full of mycotoxins. In 1991 reserchers studied 112 patients with esophageal cancer and found positive correlations between esophageal cancer and stored grains. Stored potatoes are also risky. The blackened spots on them are caused by the fungi Aspergillus and Fusarium and their mycotoxins: alfatoxin and fumosium.
6.Next unhealthy food? All products containing baker's/ brewer's yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae}
All those products are very unhealthy food. Especially avoid baked goods such as: bread, muffins, pies, cakes, and pastries.The grain in cakes and bread usually contain yeast and fungus mycotoxins already and the moisture content of the finished products tends to promote furter growth of those forms. Regular consumption of brewer's yeast can lead to many cancers particularly breast cancer, prostate cancer and liver cancer. Other symptoms: Crohn's disease, colitis, heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, sarcoidosis, cirrhosis, arthritis just to name a few. As an illustration of the brewer's yeast syndrome, lets look at the polynesian people. They have hyperuricemia (high uric acid in the blood), hyperlipidemia (high blood fats), gout, artheriosclerosis, obesity and diabetes. It is not genetic. Major problem is a fermented-fruit concotion called "poi" made with brewer's yeast. There is bannana poi, coconut poi and others. They drink it as much as 10 to 20 pounds a day for the average man.
7. Why diary are unhealthy food?
While cheese is a product of fermentation, dairy foods also contain residues of hormones and fungally based antibiotics as well as yeast, fungus, molds and mycotoxins. Dairy is also most mucoid-forming food on the earth. It just gums you up! Next thing - dairy is highly acid-forming.
In 1990 reserchers noted reports that milk consumption increased the risk of ovarian cancer in person who said they drank milk regulary. Milk, butter and animal fat are correlated with endometrial cancer. So as you see dairy products are one of the most unhealthy food you can imagine.
8.Avoid those condiments - also unhealthy food.
Avoid condiments such as mustard, ketchup, steak sauce, soy sauce, tamari, mayonnaise, salad dressings, chili sauce, horseradish and monosodium glutamate. All these unhealthy foods are acid forming, mucoid-forming and excluding monosodium glutamate fermented by fungus.
For instance soy sauce is fermented by the fungus Aspergillus flavus. For the same reason (fermentation) avoid pickled vegetables: relish, green olives, sauerkraut, cucumber pickles.
9.Another unhealthy food? Malt products.
These include malted milk and certain cereals and candy. These foods are all fermented by fungus and contain high levels of sugar and are highly acid-forming and mucoid-forming.
10.Avoid "Edible" Fungi.
This is extremly unhealthy food. Avoid mushrooms of all kinds, truffles and even spirulina and algae.These foods are all acid-forming and contain mycotoxins. The mushroom is not a vegetable but rather the fruiting body of a fungus.
Mushrooms contain varying amounts of amanitin the mycotoxin in all mushrooms.Eaten in small amounts it will kill you slowly. In large amounts it will kill you instantly. It is now documented that all mushrooms contain at least five active ingriedients which exhibit carcinogenic properties in animals.
11.Avoid alcohol - another uhhealthy "food".
It is the most common primary mycotoxin and due to it's unique properties has become an abused one.It is responsible for many disease symptoms and premature deaths.
The liver can convert it to the primary mycotoxin acetaldehyde.Alcoholic beverages correlate not only with cirrhosis of the liver but a wide range of the other symptoms which include brain damage, cancers and fetal injury.A paper in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute suggest that pregnant mothers which ingest alcoholic baverages during the last six months of their pregnancy increase the risk of infant leucemia by a factor of 10.
12.Avoid products containing caffeine.
These include chocolate, black tea, and all forms of coffe: regular, instant and even decaffeinated. It is unhealthy "food". All are highly acid-forming and mucoid-forming.
A study done by Jonhs Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore demonstrated the fact that caffeine is addicting.
13.Avoid Peanuts and Peanuts product.
Peanuts contain 26 different carcinogenic fungi! You bet - this is really unhealthy food! About 35 years ago there occured in Africa clusters of patients with an unusual type of liver cancer and the number were very large.
Invastigation revealed a relationship to the consumption of peanuts and showed that peanuts contain the fungus Aspergillus flavus and it's mycotoxin alfatoxin.Research has also shown that alfatoxin can produce liver cancer.
14.Avoid Corn and Corn products.
Like peanuts corn is poisonous and carcinogenic containing 25 mucotoxin producing fungi! Very unhealthy food!
Researchers have reported the positive correlation of corn consumption and death from cancer of the esophagus. Corn has also been positively associated with gastric cancer.
15.Avoid smoking or chewing tabacco.
This is not food but is very unhealthy habit so I put it here anyways.We all knows that smoking or chewing tabacco causes cancer.The mycotoxin producing fungi Alternaria and Aspergillus niger were found in six brands of cigarettes.
In 1991 a study of Egiptian chewing tabacco found nine different species of Aspergillus, some of which are producers of the known carcinogenic mycotoxins: ochratoxin, patulin, alfatoxin and sterigmatocystin.
A marked increase of fungi in the mouth of cigarette smokers was reported in 1990. Particulary increased were the numbers of Candida albicans.
16.Avoid Heated Oils at all cost.
17.Avoid All Microvaved food.
It is unhealthy food because it destroys delicate bio-electrical charge (energy) of food.
